Terms of Service

Welcome to Runaway Productions, LLC. By engaging our video production services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Provision

Runaway Productions, LLC agrees to provide production services as outlined in the specific proposal or agreement signed by the client. Services may include brand video production, event coverage, commercial production, and post-production editing.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide necessary access to project materials, locations, and approvals required to perform the services. Delays in providing access may result in altered project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are defined in the service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Runaway Productions, LLC reserves the right to pause projects or withhold deliverables if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to all final creative content produced specifically for their project. Runaway Productions, LLC retains the rights to its proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing assets.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice period as defined in the service contract (typically 30 days). The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
